If we say 10am, we mean 10am — not "between 8 and noon". If we're running late because the job before yours was bigger than expected, we ring you. Plumbing emergencies excepted (those happen to other people too).
Fix it right
The cheap fix that fails next month isn't a fix — it's the same problem with extra steps. We diagnose properly, explain the options honestly, and recommend the work that solves the issue, not the one that makes the bigger invoice.
Leave the place clean
Your kitchen floor was fine before we got there. It's fine after we leave. Drop sheets where needed, rubbish out, tools off the bench. The way we'd want our own house treated.
Walk you through what we did
Before we leave, we explain — in plain English — what was wrong, what we did, and what to look out for next. No jargon, no scare tactics, no upsell. If you've got a question afterwards, you ring the same number.
